WCM reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time. As a result, WCM requests that you read this policy from time to time in order to be informed of possible changes in the WCM's Privacy Policy. If the Privacy Policy changes, and personal information is collected for a purpose that is different from that stated at the time that it was originally collected, the Privacy Policy will be modified and updated as necessary. Changes to the Privacy Policy will take effect on the 31st day from the date the updated Privacy Policy is posted.


Council will retain personal information as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and as required by law, after which time, the information will be deleted and destroyed.
