Our national reach includes active and vibrant communities of professionals across Canada. Our national platform and chapters offer opportunities to women in all stages of their careers to build local and national networks and mentor relationships, develop professional skills to enrich their careers, increase their awareness and knowledge of the importance of gender diversity, and give back to their communities.

Through our chapters, we build a strong talent pipeline of future leaders by educating female high school and university students on the diverse and rewarding opportunities with the financial industry. We actively engage with local firms, media and the general public to advocate for gender diversity and drive change. Please join us in our efforts to drive change on a national scale.

Our impact is enabled by the talent and dedication of our Steering Committees. We thank our 200+ volunteers who are the foundation of our national organization.
