Why I'm Involved with WCM:

Diversity, equity, and inclusion is a cause close to my heart. As a woman who has made her place in the investment industry, it saddens me to see that more than 20 years into my career, there is still a huge gender gap in our industry, even more so in leadership roles. It is important for me to give back and help the next generation. I hope that by sharing my experiences and how I got where I am today, I can motivate young women to choose a career in capital markets.
