SESSION ABSTRACT

The tools and techniques, models and frameworks are born from behavioral science and psychology, grounded in research and theory then honed and refined through a highly practical experience-based approach. Susie doesn't teach 'nice theories' - she discovers fundamental concepts through practical application and the analysis of what works.

W.I.N. focuses on the unique attributes women bring into the negotiation fold and how they are (or can be) strengths. Susie has been interviewing high profile women leaders/negotiators from around the world confirming the concepts and testing assumptions.
