Priya Radha
Managing Director & Head, Government Solutions, CIBC Capital Markets
Priya Radha is Managing Director and Head, the Government Solutions Group at CIBC. In this role, she leads a team that is responsible for global client coverage in Public Sector Origination, Syndication and Derivatives. This includes all Canadian Provinces, Crowns, Federal & Provincial Asset Managers and U.S. and international SSA’s.
Previous to this role, Priya headed up the Government Solutions Group for cross-asset derivatives providing specialized advice and structuring to all Public Sector Clients through a team of experts in interest rates,foreign exchange and commodities.
Prior to her focus on Public Sector clients, she was responsible for the Fixed Income Interest Rate Options Trading at Scotiabank for the Canadian and the US Markets. Her opportunity in trading options came from successive progressive roles where she was a Swap trader in the U.S. and Canadian markets and prior to that trading European and Sterling Swaps.
In 2019, Priya was the recipient of the Women in Capital Markets Executive Leaders Award and in 2017, she was the recipient of the WCM Rising Star Award. She was also awarded the WCM Executive Coaching Award in 2016. She mentors and coaches several junior and intermediate men and women in Capital Markets both within CIBC and outside the firm.
She currently sits on the Board of CODE Foundation and has previously been on several NonProfit Boards that value giving back to local communities via the arts and education.
Priya holds both a B.B.A. (Hon.) and an M.B.A (Dean’s List) with a Specialization in Finance and Strategic Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University. She also earned her Sustainable Finance Certificate from the University of Cambridge (CISL) in 2020.
Laurence Morin

Laurence Morin is a Director in the Corporate and Government Solutions Group at CIBC. In this role she covers derivatives for corporate clients in Quebec, Canadian Provinces and SSA’s. Laurence joined CIBC 5 years ago in their Toronto head office, before moving back to Montreal 3 years ago. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Finance from McGill University. She is also a member of WCM’s Quebec Steering committee
