NOTICE OF 2019 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF WCM MEMBERS

TAKE NOTICE that an annual meeting of the members of Women in Capital Markets ("WCM") will be held at CIBC, Brookfield Place, 161 Bay Street, 7th Floor, McMaster Room, Toronto, Ontario on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at the hour of 6:00 in the afternoon (ET) for the purpose of:

(i)  receiving the audited financial statements of WCM (available on WCM.ca) for its financial year ended December 31, 2018;
(ii) appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers as WCM’s auditor and authorizing the directors to fix the auditor's remuneration;
(iii) re-electing the following WCM directors;
- Giulia Cirillo, for a second term of three years,
- Jeannie Collins-Ardern, for a second term of three years, and
- Malcolm Lang, for a second term of three years.      
(iv) enacting By-law No. 3, a by-law relating generally to the conduct of the affairs of the Corporation, substantially in the form attached to this Notice (available on WCM.ca); and
(vi) transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

The agenda order for the meeting shall follow the above purposes.

All WCM Members are invited to attend the 2019 WCM Annual General Meeting.

Immediately following the AGM, please join WCM’s Board of Directors and staff, and fellow Members for a networking reception.

6:00-7:00 pm – Annual General Meeting
Only Full and Out-of-Town Members are eligible to vote. Associate Members and Student Members may attend, but cannot vote.

7:00-8:00 pm – Networking Reception

You must register for the AGM.
