Panelists

Chuck McNaughton

Senior Wealth Advisor, The McNaughton Group at ScotiaMcLeod

Chuck joined the WCM Steering committee in January of 2018. Chuck has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry with the Scotia Group of companies. As a Senior Wealth Advisor at Scotia Wealth Management, Chuck’s diverse background provides a solid foundation on which he is able to build wealth management strategies based on his clients’ individual goals and objectives. Chuck has a deep understanding of personal financial planning and strategic investing and he puts this to good use while advising his clients on their diverse needs including: charitable giving, retirement planning, and intergenerational planning.  As a father of two daughters and a member of the investment community I truly believe that a change to the disparity in our industry is of the utmost importance. We already know that it will bring improvement to our society, work environments and the businesses these women lead. Why would we not support it?  I feel that being an active champion for that transformation is part of the solution. It’s through my involvement with WCM (Women in Capital Markets) that I hope to be a positive part of that change.
