Janet Winkler

Co-Founder Hacking Sophia

Janet Winkler is an experienced business leader, entrepreneur and creator of programs that transform organizations. After her start at Procter & Gamble in Brand Management, Janet founded in-sync, an insight-based brand consultancy servicing global consumer and healthcare clients. Post-acquisition of in-sync by Publicis Groupe, Janet became Group President at Publicis Health, then Chief Strategy Officer.

Following her retirement from Publicis, Janet joined McKinsey & Company as a Senior Advisor. Throughout her years, Janet has worked with hundreds of clients, growing and launching multi-billion-dollar brands and leading organizations in transforming to a customer-centric way of operating.

Hacking Sophia was born out of a desire to help working moms and dads not only survive but thrive in their careers and at home. As a woman with a 35+ year career and a mom of 3 adult children, Janet is deeply committed to finding a way to help other parents achieve their wildest ambitions.

Katie Diamond

Co-Founder Hacking Sophia

Katie Diamond is a seasoned market researcher, brand strategist and facilitator. After graduating from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Katie started her career at GfK Strategic Innovation, where she helped clients identify white space opportunities through market assessments, deep insight work and creative ideation sessions.

Upon relocating from Chicago to Toronto, Katie joined boutique management consultancy MacPhie & Company where she designed and facilitated the strategic planning process for major hospitals, local associations and national charitable organizations. Most recently, Katie led Canadian marketing for luxury fitness boutique Equinox.

As a mother of two young sons, Katie became passionate about Hacking Sophia’s mission and joined as Co-Founder.
