Our guest panel is made up of industry professionals and career consultants who will guide students through the interview process, and provide them with important insights into the capital markets industry.

Erica Chan
Senior Advisor, Campus Recruitment, CPP Investments
Erica is an Senior Advisor with the Campus Recruitment team. She joined CPP Investments in 2015 and is based in the Toronto Office. Erica is responsible for the campus recruitment strategy for the Fundamental Investments Program and development of the Women in Capital Markets Internship Program at CPP Investments. Erica’s campus programming portfolio spans across CPP Investment’s global offices. She was previously with IMAX Corporation in Mississauga, focused on both experienced hires and campus recruitment. Erica obtained her Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University.
Susanne Fuda
Campus Recruitment Team Manager, Global Banking and Markets and Global Operations
Sue has an unconventional career path by switching into recruitment right after she qualified for her CPA! She is currently leading Global Banking and Markets recruitment at Scotia, and heavily focused on attracting and retaining top talent across Canada. When she isn’t working, you can find her working out, doing yoga, cuddling her puppy, travelling or checking out a new restaurant in Toronto!

Juliana is an advisor with the Campus and Internship Experience team with PSP. She has worked with the organization since 2018. Prior to PSP she worked with Judith & Charles and attended the Universite de Montreal for her Masters and Concordia University for her Bachelor's degree
