Join us for lunch with Brad Wolanski, Senior Manager of Investment Dealer Operations at Ardenton Capital, while learning about his personal career trajectory and the private equity space. Brad will offer a number of tips for professional success, including how to land your dream job, how to climb the corporate ladder and how to have tough conversations with your boss. This event will be very interactive and questions are encouraged to be asked throughout.

Brad Wolanski

Senior Manager, Investment Dealer Operations, Ardenton Capital

Brad's focus is building scalable and efficient investor reporting systems, operational due diligence, and support for capital raising and corporate finance initiatives.

Prior to joining Ardenton, Brad spent five years leading the investor services team with a leading commercial mortgage fund manager and one of the largest non-bank commercial mortgage lenders in Canada. In that role he was responsible for private placement transaction execution, reporting and analysis on a series of mortgage investment portfolios and real estate private equity funds, and support for due diligence and capital raising.

Prior to that role, he operated as a sole proprietor in graphic design and website development. Brad is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the UBC Sauder School of Business.”
