Exclusive Women's Event: Day in the Citi

Citi’s increasingly diverse employee population plays a large role in our company’s competitive and economic future. The success of women within our organization is one example of our long-standing commitment to diversity and makes us honored to take on a leadership role in women’s initiatives. As an organization, we are proud to provide development programs, networking opportunities and business engagements that will deliver the greatest opportunity for success for our female population.

If you are a female student expecting to graduate in the Class of 2021, we would like to invite you to join us for an exciting afternoon to learn about careers in finance.

In advance of the Fall Recruiting season (when we will be seeking 2020 Summer Analysts), Citi Canada’s Institutional Clients Group (ICG) would like to introduce you to our organization and members of the following teams:

  • Corporate Banking
  • Investment Banking
  • Markets & Securities Services
  • Private Banking
  • Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS)

The event will be held at Citi Canada's head office at 123 Front Street West, Toronto on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 from 2:00pm – 6:00pm. During the event, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn about Citi Canada's Institutional Clients Group and the Canadian Capital Markets Industry
  • Hear from Citi's leaders and senior women
  • Connect with newly hired female analysts from multiple business lines

Citi’s programs equip our Analysts with the knowledge and training required to play a valuable role on a team, and establish a long-term career at Citi.

In addition, Citi Canada is a proud recipient of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People Award in 2017, 2018 and 2019.  Please see the Top Employer website for more information: https://content.eluta.ca/top-e...

We want to hear from you if…

  • You are planning to graduate in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or STEM
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint are second nature
  • You are a citizen of the world and you have interest in how business is done around the globe

Citi Canada is an equal opportunity employer. Accordingly, we will make accommodations to respond to the needs of people with disabilities (including, without limitation, physical and mental health disabilities) during the recruitment process and otherwise in accordance with law. Individuals who view themselves as Aboriginals, members of visible minority or racialized communities, and people with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
