Bailey Schepikoff, CIM (Moderator)

Inside Sales Manager, Wealth and Asset Management | Manulife Investments Management.

Bailey is the Inside Sales Manager for Central West Ontario. At Manulife she leads a team of thirteen Business Development Managers responsible for overseeing $11.5B in assets. Before becoming an Inside Sales Manager, she was a Business Development Manager and a graduate of Manulife’s Wholesaler Development Program. This experience and her commitment to excellence lead her to winning the Business Development Manager of the Year Award for 2021. Bailey graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology with a Diploma in Financial Planning and her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She currently holds her CIM Designation and RIS Designation from the Responsible Investment Association.

Catherine Milum

Head of Retail Investments Distribution, Wealth and Asset Management Canada | Manulife Investment Management

As the Head of Retail Investments Distribution, Wealth and Asset Management Canada, Catherine leads a team of 180 professionals who help Advisors and their clients build and protect their wealth. Catherine is recognized as one of “Canada’s Most Powerful Women” by the Women’s Executive Network, and a 2019 “Champion of Change” recipient by Women in Capital Markets. Catherine is an executive sponsor of Manulife's Global Women's Alliance and she just finished her two year tenure as a member of Manulife's Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee. She is an accomplished presenter, with hundreds of seminars on countless topics under her belt and is frequently featured in industry publications. She’s also passionate about ESG, Behavioural Economics and staying fit.

Aida Hassar

Business Development Manager, Wealth and Asset Management | Manulife Investments Management

Aïda joined Manulife as a Business Development Manager in February 2021. Prior to that, she worked for six years in the credit industry, including two years as a residential and commercial mortgage broker. She graduated from the John Molson School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance in December 2015. Aïda has lived in three different countries on three different continents, and she speaks four languages. Her passions are surfing and outdoor activities. She also has her solo and B license in skydiving, with 38 jumps in total.

Daniela Jaramillo

District Vice President, Wealth and Asset Management | Manulife Investments Management

Daniela is devoted to helping advisors build resilient portfolios to help investors meet their financial goals. She leads a team responsible for the maintenance and growth of a $1.7B territory in Vancouver, BC. Daniela joined Manulife in 2018 and the wealth management industry in 2009. Prior to Manulife, she held roles at Fidelity Investments, BMO Nesbitt Burns, and Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management. She graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and holds a Charted Investment Manager designation.

Kailee Koffman

Business Development Associate, Wealth and Asset Management | Manulife Investments Management

Kailee began her career in Wealth Sales in August 2021 as a Business Development Associate at Manulife Investment Management. In her role, she supports 2 high performing sales teams in setting and achieving sales targets. Prior to joining Manulife, Kailee graduated from the University of Guelph, where she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Marketing Management. Kailee has a passion for the industry and is currently working towards her Canadian Securities Course designation.
