Fostering the next generation of leaders in Business and STEM

WCM's High School program aims to educate female high school students about the exciting and rewarding careers in Science Technology Engineering Math (STEM) and Business.

WCM High School Program Includes:

WCMSheBiz | A complimentary day long event offering female high school students unique access to the insights of industry leaders and a showcase of opportunities in the disciplines of Business, Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.

WCM Job Shadow Day | A  complimentary day long event geared to senior high school students. With a morning of interactive sessions followed by an afternoon of job shadowing with a professional mentor.

To truly diversify the talent pool in these sectors, knowledge is power and we are empowering today's generation of future female leaders.  By sharing knowledge, creating accessible resources and offering exposure to the assortment of careers and role models in the industry, students will learn how to put their future career path in motion.

Options in these disciplines are endless and meant to be realized. In learning the world of opportunities and the various academic paths that can set you up for a career in STEM, students are empowered to make academic choices that will open doors for your future professional self. Understand your potential and let us help you get there.
