WCM's Women in Leadership Network (WIL) is comprised of women in leadership roles in capital markets and affiliated industries.
This initiative evolves from the former Senior Women's Network (SWN) by moving beyond networking events. Our strategic goals are to (a) promote the business case for gender diversity at the executive table, (b) increase the numbers and impact of women in senior management and on boards, (c) strengthen the public profile of women leaders, and (d) enhance the pipeline of women ready for senior leadership ranks.
WCM is pleased to provide the following directory of Canadian Board-Ready Women as researched and compiled by members of WCM's Women in Leadership Committee (WIL). With a commitment to increasing the numbers and impact of women in senior management and on Boards, WIL sought the input of highly experienced industry professionals from across Canada. The end result is this directory which Chairs, senior leaders and recruiters can leverage to identify and locate women who are eminently qualified to sit on for-profit and not-for-profit Boards of Directors.
