Moving Women into Leadership

The WCM Executive Coaching Award program provides six months of one on one executive coaching to up to 5 award winners each year. To date, 44 women have won the Executive Coaching Award and have moved on to great successes in their careers.

In the Canadian capital markets, there are substantial gaps in the level of female representation in senior management roles. The WCM Executive Coaching Award is designed to support the development of women into these roles. Thanks to the support of our corporate sponsor, CIBC, and our exclusive coaching partner, Felix Global Corp., this WCM program will provide coaching services to qualified senior women (see below for eligibility requirements) working in the capital markets industry. Each Executive Coaching Award provides up to six months of free individual career coaching valued at $15,000.
