The WCM Emerging Leaders Executive Coaching Award is designed to support the development of high potential women into more leadership roles in the industry.
The Emerging Leaders Executive Coaching Award provides high potential women with a unique and high profile developmental opportunity that will help them plan their careers, equip themselves to compete for progressively more senior roles and break through to the next level in their careers.
This six-month program builds on the success of our Executive Coaching Award program and offers women with five to ten years of capital markets experience an integrated personal and group executive coaching experience with our esteemed coaching partner Felix Global Corp. The program includes a personal assessment, group coaching sessions, skill building sessions and two individual coaching sessions.
Since the program's launch in 2014, 40 women have completed the Emerging Leaders Executive Coaching Award program and moved on to great successes in their careers.
The program aims to help participants:
Candidates must be able to commit to completing the pre-work and be available to attend monthly group sessions over a six-month period from September 2016 to February 2017. Once the winners are selected, a program guide will be provided to outline the time period and expectations between the winner and Felix Global Corp.
