Position Description
Reporting to Sales Management, you will support our Relationship Management team in the organization and co-ordination of day-to-day sales and marketing activities along with longer-term strategic objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support with all administrative and business development tasks related to marketing, client service and relationship management
- Assist with the development of marketing campaigns/digital strategies for various distribution channels
- Maintain marketing calendar
- Manage corporate website and other digital marketing material with the assistance of external service providers
- Prepare or support in the preparation of marketing materials such as brochures, factsheets, presentations, direct mail initiatives, newsletters, etc.
- Assist in coordinating events, branch meetings, travel and conference calls
- Track and report on prospect list and associated campaign(s).
- Maintain CRM and identify opportunities to improve Sales Team efficiencies (e.g. Dashboards, reports)
- Liaise with Operations and Compliance on projects and approvals
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape for best practices and competitive advantages
- Office supply management
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skill / Experience
Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook would be an asset
1+ years of client and/or advisor facing experience in investment sales, relationship or advisory role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence working independently and within a team setting
Detail oriented and highly organized
Proactive, with a high degree of perseverance
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated; driven to exceed established goals
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to facilitate analysis and recommendations
Willingness to explore and embrace opportunities to improve efficiency through technology
Demonstrate tact and professionalism and maintain confidentiality
Proficient with firm software & MS Office Suite
SEO, Social Media management, WordPress, and other digital marketing experience would be considered an asset
Bilingual (English/French) would be considered an asset
