Position Description

What we are looking for:

The Manager, HR Operations will be responsible for overseeing the development and optimization of HR processes and Workforce Administration practices. The position will develop and manage a global team of HR Operations resources and make sure tasks, roles and responsibilities are reviewed, aligned, and standardized globally or regionally in a continuous improvement mindset.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage, supervise and mentor the Global HR Operations team (3 Direct Reports located in multiple global locations);
  • Review, optimize and develop global HR processes;
  • Monitor HR Data and implement proper review and audit processes;
  • Support and act as a consultant in policies development and revision and ensure the proper visibility and storage policies are in place;
  • Work with HRIS on the continuous improvement of HR systems and tools and act as the Lead for the People Experience module (case and knowledge management).

Required Skill / Experience

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or relevant field, an asset;
  • Experience in a global/multi-country HR Shared Services environment;
  • Bilingualism in English and French, written and spoken
  • Hands-on experience with using HRIS system (Workday strong asset)
  • Project Management skills
  • Experience in designing and mapping processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills (ideally supervisory experience)
  • Able to lead project meetings and make recommendations
  • Proven track record of acting as a Change Agent
  • Project Management mindset
