Position Description
The Equity Research team at Paradigm Capital Inc. (“Paradigm Capital”) is looking to hire an intern/co-op to join the Toronto office. The position is paid, full-time, and on-site at our offices in downtown Toronto.
The equity research intern will work alongside our team of sector experts to conduct data-driven research that supports investment decisions for our institutional investor clients and supports internal Paradigm research processes. This includes updating company and industry specific databases and financial models as well as various administrative tasks.
Required Skill / Experience
Specific experience in finance is not required. However, an interest in learning about capital markets and the intersection of fundamental company analysis, macro forces, and market value in a fast-paced environment is essential.
