About WCM Job Shadow Day
Every year since 2004, Women in Capital Markets has invited high schools in the GTA to send up to two female students in Grade 12 to spend a day on Bay Street.
Job Shadow Day is a free, day-long event, featuring interactive workshops, networking and mentoring sessions, presentations profiling women with diverse careers in the capital markets, and an afternoon of job shadowing with a mentor who works in the industry. Past Job Shadow Days have been a tremendous success as they have given students a first-hand view of the exciting careers in capital markets.
