WCM This Week

Putting the connect into UniConnect - This week, 125 female university students gathered at the sold out series "Got the Internship? Now Get the Job!" to hear from our major sponsors on the impact and rewards of working in capital markets. Just one of four great speaker events in our series this year. UniConnect co-chairs Mélanie Dussarrat and Keren Beletsky delivered incredible content with engaged host McCarthy Tétrault.  Additionally we had the chance to celebrate Queens University's Smith Women in Finance with leadership from Yulia Shin. It was our excitable panelists who offered engaging and relevant content as an impressive kick-start to our event series. Learn more about UniConnect.

The value yielded from human connection - our WCM roots are founded in understanding the value of mentorship and shared wisdom.  Since inception, our professional mentorship program has empowered 800 females in capital markets with influential mentorship relationships. A dedicated session for protegees this week, lead by certified executive coach Rachel Weinstein, offered career development planning with purpose through creative and practical advice for connecting goals to lasting career ambitions.  Learn more about WCM's Mentorship Program
