The corporate sponsors of Return to Bay Street, the industry's returnship for women who are eager to come back to capital markets after several years away, were giving final offers to their deep candidate pool. As of today, another 12 women are returning to capital markets roles with an incredible commitment from sponsors. Capital markets offers endless impactful and purposeful career paths that take all shapes and forms. Applications will open in early 2020 to mark a full decade of the returnship program.

WCMElevate came together for its final session of 2019 to brainstorm actionable steps financial institutions can take to drive the acceleration of diversity and inclusion. RBC Capital Markets and R-Women Cilise Connell and Lindsey Patrick, your commitment to D&I is impressive. Our 2020 program applications will open in September. Join our WCMElevate LinkedIn Group
