As of today, another 12 women are returning to capital markets roles with an incredible commitment from sponsors. Capital markets offers endless impactful and purposeful career paths that take all shapes and forms. Applications will open in early 2020 to mark a full decade of the returnship program.

WCMElevate came together for its final session of 2019 to brainstorm actionable steps financial institutions can take to drive the acceleration of diversity and inclusion.
