On Monday, WCM CEO Camilla Sutton presented on "Moving Beyond the Business Case for Diversity, Towards Sustainable Change" and then moderated a session on "Gender Gap, D&I in Pension Delivery Organizations" with a bold panel, including: Anca Drexel, Karen Sihra, David Russell, and Jennifer Coulson representing BCI, CPPIB, OMERS, and USS Investment Management.

The CFA Society Toronto hosted our female CFA Scholarship winners for a breakfast hosted by Sue Lemon on the career long benefits that yield from being awarded the charter. Good luck to every writing this year!

CPPIB hosted our CEO, Camilla Sutton, for an engaged session on D&I in capital markets in Canada. The commitment from senior leaders during the discussion was very clear. Well done CPPIB. Thank-you Allie Bradford for your leadership in this discussion.

Also this week, Montreal hosted "Women Empowerment and Diversity" in partnership with the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts - kudos Anne-Marie Monette for your leadership of Montreal's initiatives.

Our Calgary chapter did some important work on "Building Effective LinkedIn Profiles" with Korn Ferry's Bennett Royer.

What is your reaction to the fact that the 61st session of the Commission on the Status of Women will be chaired by a man?
