Report featured in The Globe and Mail - WCM's report The Equity Equation was featured through an op-ed contributed by Camilla Sutton, President and CEO of WCM. The op-ed focuses on the insights found in The Equity Equation and the opportunity for systemic change in Canadian capital markets.

WCMElevate Kick Off- WCM officially kicked off the 2020/2021 WCMElevate Program with a session focused on strategic communication. Thank you to Neil Grammer of Dialogue Strategies for providing practical tactics and strategies for improving communication across a range of professional settings.

Emerging Leaders  - The first Emerging Leaders skill build took place this week and focused on understanding and promoting your brand. Thank you to Susan Richardson of Felix Global for facilitating the session. Attendees really enjoyed learning about elevator speeches and how to make them impactful using proof points.
