25 years of WCM - it has been an incredible quarter century of gender equality progression, evolving our work and gaining wisdom as we design tangible solutions for a more diverse and inclusive industry. Having grown the largest network of women in capital markets, we aspire for greater change and continue our hustle for an increasingly progressive future.

HOOPP- we are thrilled to welcome Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) in joining our community of committed partners, dedicated to collaborative work towards accelerating diversity and inclusion in our industry.

WCMElevate - a partnership program between RBC and WCM to increase the retention of mid to senior level women in the industry; officially kicked off with a group of 50 inspiring professionals who are headed towards executive leadership. Panelists covered a lot of ground, including learning styles, networking and career planning. 

Calgary Chapter- over lunch, a packed room of over 130 professionals gathered to learn the art and science of persuasion and influence, leaving this intrigued crowd with core principles on how to be more persuasive and how to achieve more in their professional careers, with effective efficiency.

Calgary Cards for a Cause- in its third year, this annual event is one to remember; bringing over 100 women together for an evening of networking, fun and a friendly game of poker, while supporting women and children at risk in Calgary.   

Queens Women in Leadership Conference- Camilla Sutton joins the Queens University led conference as a keynote speaker this weekend, shedding light on her own personal career successes, as an inspirational leader in capital markets and advocacy leader for diversity and inclusion.
