WCM | The Hustle

The Inclusion Project: Our data is collected, the analysis is underway and we'll be releasing our recommendations in the late fall. Stay tuned.

Investor Leadership Network (ILN): A G7 initiative whereby we completed the benchmarking work for all 12 asset managers under the initiative. We look forward to sharing the future successes of these firms.

WCM SheBiz: A conference for female high school students, with the goal of highlighting the importance of STEM disciplines, as well as showcase the rewarding career paths in finance - WCM SheBiz is coming to Calgary and Toronto this fall. Reach out Jessica Kong if you are interested in volunteering at the event [email protected]

Mackenzie Investments: Their commitment to diversity shone with their involvement in Return to Bay Street (RTBS). They are going above and beyond to make sure women returning to work have a great pathway.

Students: Uniconnect programming is well underway. Share it with students you know. Internships, scholarships, mentoring, speaker series and volunteer opportunities.

WCM Advisory Council: Got an early peek into our research findings this week with a run through by Camilla Sutton, our CEO.

Events: Bringing it all together. We hosted RTBS alumni in celebration of the women who have re-launched their careers in capital markets. BMO Capital Markets hosted our CEO for a unique and important discussion on Allyship.

A WCM Calgary Chapter Spotlight: Preparing for WCM SheBiz, traveling to high schools, holding their Steering Committee meeting and hosting professionals, including at this past week's "Womencent's" event.

Bank of Canada: Last but not least - we are thrilled to call the Bank of Canada a new sponsor of WCM, supporting our movement in accelerating diversity in finance.

Now that's hustle!
