WCM Announces 2020 Executive Leaders Program Award Recipients

TORONTO | January 7, 2020 - WCM announces the recipients of the 2020 WCM Executive Leaders Award.
This annual award, now in its 12th year, recognizes professional women in finance who emulate the vision of
a diverse and inclusive workplace and who are dedicated to their career advancement through their leadership contributions in the Canadian capital markets. 

Congratulations to the 2020 Executive Leaders Award recipients:

Award recipients will each receive six months of individual career coaching, thanks to the support of WCM's
coaching partner Felix Global. 

"The WCM Executive Leaders Award is designed for ambitious senior leaders who are recognized by their firms and colleagues as an executive leader of tomorrow. This award reflects the growing pipeline of women moving into leadership positions and increasing diversity within capital markets," said Camilla Sutton, President & CEO of WCM. "I congratulate the 2020 winners, who are talented, engaged, and dynamic women, making tremendous contributions to our industry."

This unique program provides an opportunity for experienced female professionals with a minimum of ten years experience in capital markets to develop executive skills and enhance their likelihood for promotion. Since its inception in 2008, the award has recognized 56 female leaders in capital markets.

One of WCM’s core strategic priorities is to build the pipeline of women at every level in Canadian financial services.
