Jennifer Reynolds, president and CEO of Women in Capital Markets joins BNN to provide her view on the meeting expected to take place between Donald Trump, Justin Trudeau and women executives from both Canada and the U.S.

"I think Justin Trudeau needs to take a stand. If he really is for women and for women in leadership, then doing something very public like this - engaging female CEO's is a good thing and I think what needs to be done here is to be consistent, obviously. I think what we've seen, certainly from Prime Minister Trudeau is consistency around his messaging of having a greater representation of women in politics and in business. So we need to see the same thing here, sort of like walk the talk, so to speak."
