The Rosenzweig Report covers the 100 largest publicly-traded companies in Canada, and notes how many top leadership roles, or Named Executive Officer (NEO) positions are held by women. As of March 2017, the report found that women hold 9.08% of NEO roles. Within the top 25 publicly-traded companies, the number lowers to 5%.
