This report on the gender wage gap was commisioned by the Minister of Labour for Ontario. It provides a detailed discussion of the gender wage gap through an inter-jurisdictional perspective. Key hindrances to achieving pay parity are reported, as well as 20 fundamental recommendations for the government to consider.
