"This year's award recipients, Duane, Harleen, Susan and Priya, have all shown their commitment to advancing women in their organizations and in the industry more broadly," said Jeannie Collins-Ardern, Interim President & CEO, Women in Capital Markets. "These leaders know that the economy as a whole and capital markets in particular enjoy increased profitability, competitiveness and innovation when leadership teams include more diversity of all kinds. They have also demonstrated both the integrity and courage to inspire change, and the perseverance to make it happen."

"Inclusive leadership needs to be at the top of every organization's business agenda," said Humayun Jafrani, Managing Partner and Financial Services Assurance Leader, EY Canada. "We are honoured to recognize today's award recipients for the great success they have shown in their careers, and the ongoing commitment they have demonstrated to help women fast forward. As we salute the achievements of these inspiring individuals, I encourage everyone to follow their leadership and push for progress."
