Part of McKinsey's Women in the Workplace research, conducted in partnership with LeanIn.Org, this report examines the gender-parity gap in financial services and looks at what can be done to close it. The research finds that women in the financial sector in North America, currently hold less than 22% of C-Suite roles, and blames this lacklustre representation on lesser rates of promotion than male counterparts.
