February 01, 2022

TORONTO | February 1, 2022 – WCM is excited to announce the recipients of the 2022 WCM Executive Leaders Award. This esteemed award is designed to improve the representation of women at the executive level by accelerating careers through visibility, recognition, and coaching. The award is also a direct result of the commitment WCM's Gold Sponsor firms have made to accelerating gender diversity across finance.

Award recipients will each receive six months of individual executive coaching with WCM's coaching partner, Felix Global. To date, 67 women have benefited from this program and have moved on to the highest ranks in their capital markets careers.

"The WCM Executive Leaders Award is designed to refine the executive skills of ambitious senior leaders. The award accelerates the career trajectories of these already accomplished women who are breaking the glass ceiling. This award reflects the growth of women into leadership positions and increasing diversity within finance," said Lara Zink, President & CEO of WCM. "I congratulate the 2022 winners, who are talented, engaged, and dynamic women, making tremendous contributions to our industry."
