Poll

Recent Bloomberg data found that only 19 out of 280 listed asset managers were willing to reveal how many women they have in management positions. Why do you think this is the case?

Firms feel it isn’t relevant information and it has nothing to do with the bottom line.
They're not legally required to do so and feel no obligation.
They have no or very few women and don't care.
They're concerned investors would react negatively to how bad the numbers are.

What Can WCM Do for You?

"The 2014 WCM Emerging Leaders Coaching Award has been extremely rewarding. Not only has it enhanced my leadership and management skills, but it also demanded more intentional thought on how best to leverage my key competencies and bridge the gaps. I was able to focus on how to best elevate the value that I can bring to my organization, continue to cultivate new development opportunities and reach some important milestones in my career."

- Sophia Soofi, Executive Director, CIBC & 2014 Emerging Leaders Recipient
