The Nightside | Job Shadow Day

By Jennifer Reynolds | The Nightside| April 10, 2017

"We had about 100 grade 12th girls out this year which was very rewarding. Both men and women on Bay Street are very supportive of this day. We have several institutions involved and it's important for students to get a feel for what the capital markets is really like. As a student, it's so hard to know what these types of jobs are really like so we are just trying to give that exposure and provide the education around the careers that are out there." - Jennifer Reynolds, President and CEO of Women in Capital Markets

"I really enjoyed looking at the trading floor and I also really liked hearing all the women talk about their positive experiences in capital markets and the positive outlook they all have." - 2017 Job Shadow Day Participant
