Following the keynote address by Michele Romanow, "Dragon" on CBC's Dragons' Den and Co-Founder of Snap By Groupon, the 2016 WCM Leadership Awards were presented to:
2016 WCM Rising Star Award - Eileen Jurczak, Director, Trading Products at BMO Capital Markets
Award for Leadership – Male - Steve Banquier, Managing Director, Co-Head, Prime Brokerage and Head, Automated Execution, TD Securities
Award for Leadership – Female - Marian Lawson, Global Head, Financial Institutions and Transaction Banking at Scotiabank
